Keeping children safe on UFAQ.
Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation, how we act on them, and how to report a concern.
Our commitment
UFAQ has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to keeping our platform safe and free from any content or behaviour that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This page sets out our standards and how we act on them.
Standards against CSAE
The following are prohibited on UFAQ and across our services:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery.
- Grooming, sextortion, or trafficking of a minor.
- Sexualisation of minors in text, images, usernames, or profiles.
- Any contact or content that endangers the safety of a child.
Accounts that engage in this behaviour are removed. We preserve and report relevant information to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Reporting a concern
UFAQ provides a reporting tool inside the app so you can raise a concern without leaving it. Child-safety reports are prioritised for review.
How we handle CSAM
When we become aware of apparent CSAM on UFAQ, we remove it, disable the responsible account, preserve relevant data, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
Legal compliance
UFAQ operates in line with applicable child safety laws in the places where it is available. Our practices are informed by recognised industry standards for combating online child sexual exploitation and abuse.
